Graduated from Polytechnic of Turin in Italy with an Electronics Engineering degree; MBA from INSEAD business school (Fontainebleau, France). Worked with Andersen Consulting in Spain and with FMC in California (US). Michele was then a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, in the Milan office (92-96). During this period he was part of the media, retail and fashion practice. In 1997 Michele co-founded Net Partners Ventures, the first venture capital company in Europe focusing exclusively on internet companies, 215 million raised, 30 investments, highest IRR in Europe in the sector, 5 invested companies floated (e.g. Mutui Online and Yoox in Italy). In 2005, Michele founded A.M.E. Ventures, an investment holding focused on early stage companies, which counts several investments at day. AME Ventures has controlling stake in Solar Ventures, which represents Michele's main activity, where he is directly involved as Chairman and CEO. Solar Ventures is an IPP and developer focused on developing, building , financing and managing utility scale PV plants globally, with a strong expertise in Italy, Europe and Emerging Markets, where it has been active since 2007. To date it has developed globally 500 MWp of solar power plants, with more than 280 MWp of plants in Europe. The company stands today as one of the few integrated solar platforms operating in southern Europe.

Since 2003, Benedikt Ortmann, PhD, dedicates his career to photovoltaic projects all over the world. Before joining the team at BayWa r.e. in 2011, he built the international project business for SOLON SE, Berlin, from scratch and turned it into a successful and highly profitable business division. His career in the renewable energy business started at S.A.G. Solarstrom AG, Freiburg, where he was CFO from 2003 until 2006.

Since 20 years Florian Edler is involved in the photovoltaic industry. With an engineering background he started in an internationally active system integrator and gathered first experiences in the Spanish market between 2002 – 2006. Manuel Cabrerizo has more than 20 years international experience in structured finance and investment banking gained with Voltiq and WestLB, globally. During that time he has closed more than 50 financings across sectors and jurisdictions. At Voltiq, he has been particularly active in structuring renewable energy transactions in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Chile and Panamá. He's been involved in landmark transactions such as the project financing of the 146 MWp Laberinto project in Chile's Atacama desert, closed in the summer of 2015.

José Donoso has a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
He has been working in the Renewable Sector for more than 30 years.
He started off in the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), where he was the director of the International Department between 1987 and 2001.
From 2001 until 2011 he was Development Director in Gamesa, a Spanish Wind Energy company. Between 2008 and 2011 he was the president of the Spanish Wind Energy Association (AEE).
In 2012 he becomes General Director of UNEF (Spanish National Photovoltaic Association). He is also President of the Spanish Photovoltaic Technology Platform (Fotoplat) and Member of the Advisory Council of the Organization of Electricity Market (OMEL).
At international level, he is member of the Task 1 of the International Energy Agency and Vicepresident of the Global Solar Council.
Besides, he is professor in the post grade course in Wind Energy of the University Polytechnic of Madrid and in the Master Course of the Industrial Organization School.

Later he moved to South Africa as head of business development for the company Gestamp Solar, a company where together with the development team he carried out the opening of new markets such as South Africa, Thailand, India, MENA or Japan. After his activity at Gestamp Solar, Eloy played a fundamental role in the landing of the American company Acuity Brands in emerging markets in the energy efficiency sector such as the Czech Republic, Morocco and France. Eloy joins the international area of ONTIER in September 2015 as an energy consultant to carry out the business development tasks of the firm at an international level.
